Health and wellbeing
At tbf we take the health and well-being of our employees seriously. By understanding the issues that can occur in the workplace we can support our employees and promote a healthy culture and working environment for all.
Health and wellbeing in the workplace remains a key focus for both our Human Resources and Safety agendas, and is reflected in what we do.

Occupational Health provision:
We work with an external occupational health provider. They provide on-hand professional support and guidance on all health and well-being matters in the workplace to all employees.
tbf carries out proactive surveillance of the health and well-being of all our staff to ensure and certify their fitness to work. With this health intervention process in place we are can actively prevent, address and monitor any employee health and well-being matters
Staff development is key focus for the company. Development opportunities often arise and we take great pleasure in giving those internally opportunities to progress whenever possible.
